POSMMART MARKETING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. 

Under this policy:

• POSMMART MARKETING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for items delivered post QC by the buying entity. However, refund/replacement request can be considered if the customer establishes that there is manufacturing fault which couldn't be established / checked while QC or before final put to use post delivery, subject to amicable resolution to issue. 

• Refund Policy : Post due diligence refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

• Cancellation Policy : Cancellation will be accepted only if formally informed within 3-5hrs.
